Mould release agents for Moulded PU foams are highly advanced mixtures of polymeric materials. These materials could precisely form a thin film layer on the Mould. As a result, they could release the Cold/Hot Cure Polyurethane Foam pieces without any deformity. Moreover, they do not have any negative effects on the Mould or cause Mould impurities.
Based on the customers criteria, the release agent waxes could be supplied in solvent based or water based mediums.
